My manager asked me to lead a monthly virtual team-building event—an hour dedicated not to deadlines or deliverables, but to connection, laughter, and trust. The goal was clear: create a space where colleagues could truly get to know one another, beyond the confines of work.
With full creative freedom, I envisioned something more than just a meeting. I created Happy Hour Events—a vibrant, themed experience designed to bring joy, spark conversation, and build authentic relationships. Each session became a celebration of humanity within the workplace, featuring:

What started as a team-building task has now evolved into a mission: to help women everywhere rediscover the power of human connection. Happy Hour Events is no longer just an internal initiative—it’s a movement. And now, we’re ready to bring that same magic to organizations across the globe.
